Job Description

  • Develop social media content strategies to reach various business objectives, inclusive of both brand-driving and sales-driving initiatives
  • Set and measure & determine the proper KPIs and tools necessary to measure social media content
  • Collaborate internally with PR, creative, traffic, ads and analytics teams on content programs
  • Create content. Work internally with our content team to capture content native to relevant social media formats.
  • Research and identify influencers that can help meet Amazon Fashions goals (bloggers, Instagrammers, YouTubers, and emerging tastemakers) and develop new forward-thinking content tests
  • Organize, simplify, and manage existing editorial calendars and processes to streamline and scale our social media work
  • Develop creative briefs for designers and content creators
  • lead the execution of eAswaq social media strategy with a focus on growing engagement and reach across key platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube,)
  •  Regularly audit competitive strategic analysis, customer/target audience segmentation, and consumer insight development
  • Execute paid promotion and report back on learnings
  • Continuously ideate and innovate within the social space and aide in the development of the social strategy as it relates to messaging, engagement and content performance

     

Job Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years’ experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, or content marketing
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Media, Marketing or Communication or related degree.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop content strategies across teams, manage creative partners, and
  • Experience with design tools, including Photoshop.
  • Strong analytic and quantitative skills
  • Ability to use data to develop and measure marketing programs.
  • A deep understanding of the social media landscape, trends and platforms is required
