Fixing faults or arranging for replacements to be installed for pumps or all instruments.
Work on client sites performing general electrical and mechanical engineering duties to ensure that our pump systems are operating as specified
Carry out maintenance, repairs, commissioning and installations of our pump
Communicate effectively with the service team, providing reports and photos of pumps and associated equipment,
Provide positive and helpful disposition and professionally communicate with customers.
Manage, check and calibrate maintenance tools and equipment are in working condition and conduct repairs in a timely and efficient manner
Controlling maintenance stores and equipment
Respect the norms of quality, safety and environment in the workplace
Understand and control available resources to achieve customer satisfaction
Initiate field service reports for each customer visit/repair in order to document instrumental and/or customer problems and the resolution of those problems. Provide data for installations, warranty and customer/instrument history.
Read catalogs and solve the problems.
