Job Description
- Responsible for all IT services distributed in the company branches
- Ensure that systems, services, and infrastructure work reliably and securely
- Develop IT procedures to ensure that the department operates effectively and reliably
- Is accountable for all Hardware in the company to comply with assets recording
- Installing and Maintaining Passive Network Infrastructure (Fiber/Copper)
- Accurately document instances of hardware failure, repair, installation, and removal
- Responsible for Hardware stocks and making regular Stocktaking
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications Engineering or Computer Science
- ITIL Certification is a Plus
- Installation, configuration, administration, and monitoring of network firewalls/security appliances (CheckPoint, Cisco), routers, switches (Cisco, Brocade), wireless controllers/access points (Cisco)
- Virtualization software (VMware)
- Enterprise server operating systems (OS) (Windows Server 2008R2, 2012R2, 2016)
- MS Exchange
- SCCM
- SAN/NAS
- PC and Laptops (Windows 7 and 10)
- Apply OS and application patches and upgrades
- Perform full system backups and recovery
- Develop, document, and maintain installation/configuration documentation
- Provide support for end-users and applications. Investigate and troubleshoot issues
- Introduce and integrate new technologies
- ITIL V3
- Azure Cloud experience
