Job Description
- day-to-day operations of operation to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes and procedures
- Communicate with the planning department and participate in the development a weekly Production plan and distribution to production teams through SOP and TO in shift.
- Follow up the implementation of daily production plan and the distribution tasks to ensure healthy business flow within the department
- Ensure the optimal speed level of productivity with minimum waste
- Ensure the commitment to Reduce waste of production ratios
- Ensure Optimal usage of the time available and reduce the time of order change over
- Follow up the smooth handing over process
- Implement technical Training for technical operators
- follow up its distribution and record all uses of raw materials and review waste of production line per shift
- Manage the sending back process of unneeded or excess material or defective to the stores
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering (mechatronics, production, industrial)
- relevant experience in engineering
