Job Description
- Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
- Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
- Receiving and sorting daily mail
- Schedules appointments, maintains calendar, allocates supervisor’s time
- Implement and maintain office systems
- Schedule meetings and reserve rooms for meetings
- Prepares materials for workshops, conferences, meetings, duplicates/collates
