Job Description
- Conduct training needs assessments through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and consultations with managers and employees.
- Design and develop training programs, including instructional materials, e-learning modules, workshops, and seminars.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and feedback and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
- Collaborate with managers to ensure training materials are accurate, relevant, and aligned with company goals.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in training and development.
- Support the onboarding process by providing training for new hires and ensuring they are well-integrated into the company culture.
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, booking venues, and managing training materials.
Job Requirements
- Suitable bachelor’s degree.
- At least 1 year of experience in a training and development role.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing successful training programs.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Strong analytical skills to assess training needs and measure training effectiveness.
