Job Description
- Develop and execute aggressive business development plans.
- establish positive networks with top notch and blue-chip clients from all targeted business and corporate segments for the firm.
- identify opportunities, design solutions, develop proposals, negotiate and finalize business agreements with potential partners/ clients.
- Organize and execute assigned business projects on behalf of clients according to client’s requirements.
- manage the relation with clients, run consulting projects smoothly, identify and recruit p[timum caliber of consultants per project.
- manage all project logistics, reporting, financials, budget management and overall profitability delivery.
- set and achieve set targets in terms of numbers of contracts, portfolio of products/ services and clients, delivery, sustainability and profitability set KPIs.
Job Requirements
- 5 to 7 years of experience, HR, Finance and Business Development Background, Service Industry orientation, results oriented, well rounded business professional.
- Familiarity with a wide selection of business management software (CRM, ERP etc.) and databases
- Outstanding communication and networking abilities
- Analytical mind with excellent data collection and analysis skills
