Job Description
- Conduct market analysis to understand trends, competitors, and consumers behaviors.
- Identify target segmentations and define brand positioning.
- Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from Idea to execution.
- Lead in developing seasonal, annual, and long-term marketing strategies and plans for in-line and new products, and in existing and new markets.
- Lead in the development of marketing plans, sales forecasts, profit, and expenses for assigned brands/product and other marketing opportunities such as promotions, packages, and campaigns.
- Develops, coaches, and monitors team members.
- Managing and following up with the PR team and Social Media team to come up with new ideas for SM content/Ads and campaigns.
- Report monthly/weekly sales metrics and provides insights to the internal team on how to grow the business.
- Develop strong working relationship key strategic brands. Communicate regularly to outline COLORS specific needs, provide feedback on launches, including category analysis.
- Work to build and execute plans that deliver annual sales, monthly/quarterly forecast, and profit goals.
- Drive brand awareness for COLORS through engaging with different audience groups.
- Plan and build strong marketing campaigns to support COLORS brand.
- Lead by example and ensure the delivery of outstanding customer experience.
- Measuring and reporting sales performance to ensure sale targets are achieved.
- Develop seasonal marketing calendar to maximize launches and strategic focus. Ensure ongoing update and communication of the calendar to all relevant stakeholders.
- Assess ROI by evaluating the performance of marketing activities.
- Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration from GUC/BUE/AUC.
- 6+ years of experience in Brand Management.
- Experience in Retail field is essential.
- Experience in media planning, advertising, creative and concept development.
- Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
- Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
- English Fluency.
