Job Description
- Responsible for daily accounting tasks such as invoicing, billing and other documentation procedures.
- Prepare full set of accounting, including AR, AP & GL.
- Prepare monthly closing and account reconciliation procedures.
- Complete internal and external reporting on a timely as well accurately basis.
- Responsible to prepare schedules in relations to CIT/VAT/other involved taxes compliance tasks from reporting to payment submission.
- Continuously update local tax policies and highlight potential risks or issues from tax perspective.
- Liaise with other parties (e.g. Internal and external auditors, tax agents, tax authority, lawyer, bank representatives, etc.).
- Assist with ad-hoc reports or projects assigned by high level management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Finance and Accounting, with 5+ years of experience (experience of big 4 firms or multinational company is preferable).
- Good command of both written and spoken English.
- Good command of accounting standards (Mexican FRS/IFRS) and practice. Excellent knowledge of all Mexican tax regulation and practice.
- Excellent computer literacy using MS Office Applications. Proficient in using Ms. Excel for analysis is highly preferable.
- Strong team player, self-adapted and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
