Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Making international sales calls over the phone to potential clients in target markets.
  • Gathering market information to analyze trends and identify business opportunities.
  • Understanding and focusing on customer needs and requirements.
  • Solving any problems and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
  • Expanding relationships with existing clients by continuing to propose solutions that meet their objectives.
  • Success.
  • Preparing regular progress reports and forecasts for internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
  • Documenting all activities (phone call and email).
  • Reviewing and understanding sales development objectives.
  • Building long-term relationships and relationships with prospects.
  • Scheduling appointments with the potential clients for online demos.

Job Requirements

Requirements :

  • Excellent in English.
  • Very good in the MS Office suite.
  • Experienced in the call center & customer service.
  • Active listener.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and set priorities.
  • High level of commitment.
  • Able to think strategically and tactically.
  • Quick learner.
  • Proactive.
  • Problem solver.
  • Experienced in Lead Generation and Outbound sales preferred
