Job Description
- Supervise implementation of security & safety strategies, policies and procedures to ensure the compound`s safety & security.
- Manage morning shift distributing security officers on different clusters ensuring their appropriate dealing with clients and engineers.
- Coordinate with community & construction department regarding work/visitors permits, equipment/material entrance permits, delegations for those who are working in finishing operations, create a list with their names and distribute it on main gates and clusters to ensure the identity of visitors.
- Check on all units to identify any violations regarding internal and external finishes and communicate it with the concerned department.
- Train security officers on how to deal with fire and supervise all cleaners, agriculture workers to ensure that they are wearing their uniforms and their existence in their right places.
- Report any accident to security manager to take the proper action and create different reports with security comments and issues.
