Job Description
Coordinate the sales of Oracle Cloud within Egypt and Gulf Region. You’ll be responsible to Market and Business Development Activities by using Oracle Products and Portfolio and ensure customer happiness.
- Grow, develop, inspire and lead a diverse organization of highly motivated, high performing and customer centric cloud sales Activities
- Manage and align with Oracle sales Team by achieving the objectives, targets, and regular 1:1 Oracle Meeting
- Work closely with BDM Team to ensure your team effectively leverages the expertise available in Oracle technology sales and ecosystem
- Develop long-term, sustainable relationships with senior-level customers and partners
- Clearly translate and communicate business customers and business requirements to Oracle Solutions by using Oracle BOM and Technology
- Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management.
- Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes.

Qualifications Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 5+ years of ERP, EPM, SCM, CX, or HCM with enterprise-level sales experience
- A successful track record of meeting/exceeding annual sales quotas
- The ability to penetrate accounts and meet with stakeholders within accounts
- Oracle knowledge and/or knowledge of Oracle’s competitors
- Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills with prospects/customers
- The flexibility to travel as needed
