Job Description

  • Responsible for internal communication activities
  • Proofread and approve any internal emails and announcements sent to large groups
  • Create and coordinate employee events and engagement programs following the preset plan
  • Follow up on Performing periodic satisfaction survey and plan actions according to feedback
  • Newsletter for the assigned accounts
  • Follow up on company’s social media channels
  • Develop and manage staff motivation programs and recognition events, for the assigned accounts
  • Proofread newcomers’/ internal transfer BIO for announcements
  • Responsible for internal communication activities
  • Respond on inquiries through emails and face to face communication
  • Align staff with company values, updates and news
  • Insuring efficient and high-quality communication with internal stakeholders
  • Working along with Marketing team to make sure that we are one majorel (branding)
  • Managing agencies and vendors relationship while aligning with procurement
  • Keep the people engaged via our comms to create a positive motivating momentum
  • Managing seasonality engagement activities ( Ramadan, Eid, Xmas….etc.)
  • Supporting in Increasing employee engagement /awareness via supporting in the new communication channel - engagement committee through the engagement teams to enhance and to ensure complete alignment and transparency with all accounts to build up trust
  • Ensure to have report after each campaign/ activity for the signed accounts
  • Responsible for including feel good pillars in our engagement activities and campaigns

Job Requirements
