Job Description

  • Provide continuous high-quality support to General Manager and Company Manager. 
  • Provide general secretarial / administration support to Director and senior managers
  • Plan and monitor daily staffing schedules to support operational demands and business objectives.
  • Coordinate schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements and managed expenses.
  • Maintain an office filing system including paper files/file cabinets, and shared electronic files.
  • Quality control of documentation from document archiving and document destruction.
  • Support the SGGE team in booking flight tickets and accommodation.
  • Manage travel-related bookings: Accommodation, flights, and vehicle rentals.
  • Update noticeboards and Maintain Plant activity Calendars.
  • Tracking and controlling the expenses process as per internal control.
  • Promoting a professional image of the company.
  • Any other duties, as assigned by line manager in line with the role.
  • Organize all the arrangements regarding the ASK Plant visits. 
  • Events Planning: Organize site visits and manage invitations.
  • Create purchase orders and receive records for SAP purchases.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in business administration, or Relevant
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Strong Knowledge using computer applications (e.g., MS Office).
  • Effective communication skills in verbal, written, and presentation areas.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Strong negotiation skill

  • Works well in a team environment.
