Job Description

  • Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms).
  • Screen incoming resumes and application forms.
  • Interview candidates & Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to top managers.
  • Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.
  • Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard.
  • Responsible for social insurance and dealing with labor and insurance offices.
  • Submit the insurance forms on time.
  • Create employee files that include appointment papers, and everything related to the employee.
  • Follow up on vacations and absences periodically and take appropriate measures in this regard.
  • Salary calculation every last calendar month according to the company’s policy

Job Requirements

  • BSc in Business administration or relevant field.
  • Experience from 3 to 5 years.
  • Full knowledge of Egyptian labor law & insurance law.
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience at any ERP system, Odoo is preferred.
