To work in adherence with school board policy.
Working hours may differ to include after hours and holidays due to parent/teacher conferences, after hour activities, events that take place on weekends and/or emergencies.
To support and comply with NG’s vision and mission statement.

Advance syllabi and curriculum maps to meet various students’ needs.
Provide instructional support for teachers and students.
Mentor new teachers and teachers in need of support.
Participate in school-based professional learning communities as requested.
Conduct teacher observation and formal evaluations.
Attend and deliver evaluation feedback and action plans for teachers.
Improve and support staff by providing and sharing the latest effective teaching practices.
Collaborate with grade level teachers and vertically aligned teachers to share instructional literature and research.
Communicate staff needs to the division principal and academic director in order to improve instructional strategies.
Analyze student performance in collaboration with teachers.
Come up with the effective group and individual student improvement plan.
Follow up on teachers’ accuracy and consistency of the school’s online grading system.
Provides teachers with constructive feedback on learning and grading practices.
Utilize latest technology techniques to develop and support powerful learning practices.
