- Generating sales leads with potential customers over the phone
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Converting customer inquiries into sales opportunities
- Pre-qualifying prospects to make the work of sales teams easier
- Handling phone calls and gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to products
- Meeting or exceeding sales goals
- You will be responsible for increasing revenue and managing profitability by generating new customers.
