Job Description
Medical Laboratory Device Sales Executive:
Medical device sales representatives are responsible for selling medical products, equipment, and services to hospitals, health systems, doctors' offices, and clinics.
Only Asiut & Sohag Residents Can apply
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Customer call and visit prospects on location , Scheduling meetings with potential and existing customers, which includes doctors, pharmacists, nurses, and other health care professionals.
- Set appointments with hospital staff and administrators
- Manage all leads and customers within a defined territory
- Build relationships with hospital staff
- Educate medical staff on the benefits of medical devices / application training for customer to use medical laboratory machines
- Provide product demonstrations and support
- Place replenishment orders at existing accounts
- Maximize profits by upselling and cross selling additional products
- Communicate between sales, marketing, and support teams to improve customer experience
- Collect, analyze, and present field sales data to assist with strategy planning and implementation.
- Presenting company products to potential and existing customers and persuading them to make purchases.
- Identifying customers' needs and recommending company products that best fulfill those needs.
- Maintaining solid working relationships with new and existing customers by providing excellent after-sales service.
- Arranging conferences and group events for medical professionals.
- Regularly attending industry events, training, company meetings, briefings, and educational workshops.
- Researching competitors’ products, pricing, and market success.
- Promptly submitting purchase orders to the relevant department.
- Preparing sales reports as well as territory analyses and submitting them to management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in science, Agriculture, Veterinary medicine, or any related medical school, or related field is a MUST .
- 2-5 years Proven medical sales experience is advantageous.
- Sohag & Asiut Residents Only.
- Valid driver's license.
- Sound knowledge of medical terminology and legislation.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent organizational and consultative sales skills.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
