Job Description
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Meet personal and team sales target
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
- Handling customer inquiries within calls.
- Try to handle the customer complaints after referring to provider, in case failed to handle his complaint refer the complaint to the provider relationship officer.
- اداره المكالمات الصادره والوارده من خلال خطه عمل وتلقي المكالمات المفقوده
- هو المسوول عن الربط بين الفروع وتحقيق تواصل فعال
- الاجابه علي الاستفسارات الموجوده علي قنوات الاتصال (facebook, whatsAPP,instagram)
- استقبال وتنسيق حجز العيادات
- تذكير المرضي بمبالغ التحصيل الماليه والمتاخره
- تلقي الشكاوي و العمل علي متابعتها لحين حلها وتسجيلها علي السيستم
- تلقي الطلبات الخاصه بالافاده والتقارير الطبيه وتحديد مواعيد استلامها
- عمل استطلاعات راي وتسجيل نتاءجها
