- Communication with FIT clients or Travel Agencies
- Sales capabilities creating annual, seasonal & monthly sales plans
- Tailoring, Quoting and Handling worldwide outgoing packages (accommodation, aviation , visa, tours... etc.)
- Contract new essential Travel Suppliers and Products
- Tailor annual sales calendar for various destinations
- Develop Internal and External tours and Schemes
- Arranging Tailor-Made/ Fixed, Dynamic Outbound Packages.
- Ability to use website and uploading Packages for B2B , B2C online systems End customer
- Manage relationship with offline or online suppliers
- Participate in Planning and launching different products through online channels
- Managing Team for Package & Holidays Counselors through Social Media, Online , or Offline Tools
- Provide customers with detailed vacation plans, either ready-made packages or customized packages upon customer’s request
- Assist in updating company website packages

- 7+ years minimum experience in outbound tourism
- Excellent communications skills
- Sales skills
- Customer service
- Excellent Knowledge of Key Suppliers worldwide (Travel agents/Hotels/Booking systems)
- Easily and quickly identify and resolve problems.
- Ability to negotiate with suppliers for best deals
- Excellent communication and presentation capabilities
- Flight ticket system (Amadeus) is a plus
- Online System Knowledge
- GCC Experience is a plus
