Job Description

Communication with FIT clients or Travel Agencies
Sales capabilities creating annual, seasonal & monthly sales plans
Tailoring, Quoting and Handling worldwide outgoing packages (accommodation, aviation , visa, tours... etc.)
Contract new essential Travel Suppliers and Products
Tailor annual sales calendar for various destinations
Develop Internal and External tours and Schemes
Arranging Tailor-Made/ Fixed, Dynamic Outbound Packages.
Ability to use website and uploading Packages for B2B , B2C online systems End customer
Manage relationship with offline or online suppliers
Participate in Planning and launching different products through online channels
Managing Team for Package & Holidays Counselors through Social Media, Online , or Offline Tools
Provide customers with detailed vacation plans, either ready-made packages or customized packages upon customer’s request
Assist in updating company website packages

Job Requirements

7+ years minimum experience in outbound tourism
Excellent communications skills
Sales skills
Customer service
Excellent Knowledge of Key Suppliers worldwide (Travel agents/Hotels/Booking systems)
Easily and quickly identify and resolve problems.
Ability to negotiate with suppliers for best deals
Excellent communication and presentation capabilities
Flight ticket system (Amadeus) is a plus
Online System Knowledge
GCC Experience is a plus
