  • Communication with FIT clients or Travel Agencies
  • Sales capabilities creating annual, seasonal & monthly sales plans
  • Tailoring, Quoting and Handling worldwide outgoing packages (accommodation, aviation , visa, tours... etc.)
  • Contract new essential Travel Suppliers and Products
  • Tailor annual sales calendar for various destinations
  • Develop Internal and External tours and Schemes
  • Arranging Tailor-Made/ Fixed, Dynamic Outbound Packages.
  • Ability to use website and uploading Packages for B2B , B2C  online systems End customer
  • Manage relationship with offline or online suppliers
  • Participate in Planning and launching different products through online channels
  • Managing Team for Package & Holidays Counselors through Social Media, Online , or Offline Tools 
  • Provide customers with detailed vacation plans, either ready-made packages or customized packages upon customer’s request
  • Assist in updating company website packages 

 

 

 

Job Requirements

Job Requirements

  • 7+ years minimum experience in outbound tourism
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Sales skills
  • Customer service
  • Excellent Knowledge of Key Suppliers worldwide (Travel agents/Hotels/Booking systems)
  • Easily and quickly identify and resolve problems.
  • Ability to negotiate with suppliers for best deals
  • Excellent communication and presentation capabilities
  • Flight ticket system (Amadeus) is a plus
  • Online System Knowledge
  • GCC Experience is a plus
