Job Description

  • Greet clients as soon as they arrive and connect them with the appropriate party.
  • Create and manage both digital and hard copy filing systems for all partners.
  • Complete procedures when Guests arrive and leave.
  • Deal with complaints or problems.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments and maintain event calendars.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree of any discipline .
  • 1-2 Years of experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good computer skills (Word and Excel)
  • Good time management skills.
