Job Description
- Schedule and dispatch workers and service vehicles for conveyance of passengers.
- Confirm reservations for transportation using telephones, e mail and messages.
- Coordinate with accounting department for Preparing customer invoices and accepting payments.
- Answer inquiries regarding information such as schedules, services, procedures and policies.
- Assemble and issue required documentation such as itineraries.
- Determine whether vehicles are available on dates requested by customers as well as checking with the scheduler or dispatcher.
- Provide information to clients on availability.
- Confer with customers to determine their service requirements and preferences.
- Accomplish organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Save cost through minimizing wasted mileage.
- Coordinate with drivers to ensure accomplishment of tasks.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as required or requested.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree preferably in business administration.
- Fluency in English is a MUST.
- Excellent user of multi-line phone system and Microsoft Office specially Excel and Outlook.
- previous experience in limousine transportation industry is preferred.
- Must be able to work a rotating schedule and must be able to work any shift/ any day (days, nights, weekends, holidays).
- Excellent active Listener: giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.
- Good Data entry skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
