Job Description

  • Receiving and issuing calls to customers on the company's numbers, providing the information that the customer needs.
  • Coordinating requests for delivery of products with the e-sales department.
  • Follow up on social media platforms (Egypt-Dubai) to respond to messages or comments on the company's accounts publications.
  • Update publications on social media platforms in coordination with the e-marketing official.
  • Directing customers to the sales department concerned with the type of customer.

Job Requirements

  • FMI Graduates are preferred.
  • Excellent English language.
  • Excellent Communication Skills.
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
