Job Description
We are seeking a talented Senior UI/UX Designer to join our passionate team for
the development of our state-of-the-art EdTech platform. The ideal candidate will have
extensive experience in designing intuitive and visually appealing interfaces, with a
strong understanding of user-centric design principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end UI/UX design process for web and mobile applications, from concept ideation to final
implementation. - Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders
to understand user needs and project requirements. - Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that
communicate design concepts and user interactions effectively. - Conduct user research, and usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate and
improve design solutions. - Stay up to date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in
UI/UX design, machine learning operations, and generative AI. - Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers and contribute to the overall
design culture of the team.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design preferably in Educational Platforms, with a
strong portfolio showcasing your design process and projects. - Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Knowledge of front-end development technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and
their impact on design decisions. - Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability principles, and best
practices. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present
and defend design decisions. - Previous experience working in agile development environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
