Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced A2 Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team at Our Company Castle Engineering Industries. As an A2 Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving sales of our manufacturing HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) products, including ducts, air outlets, dampers, cable trays, and related equipment. Your primary responsibilities will include developing new client relationships, managing existing accounts, and providing technical expertise and support to customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in the HVAC market segment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, and consultants.
  • Provide technical support and product knowledge to customers.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to create customized solutions for clients.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to meet sales targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote company products.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Proven experience (minimum 1 years) in HVAC sales, preferably with a focus on manufacturing products like ducts, air outlets, dampers, cable trays, etc.
  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Experience in building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
  • A self-starter with a proactive approach to sales and business development.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with HVAC contractors, engineers, and consultants.
  • Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.
  • Knowledge of energy-efficient HVAC solutions and sustainable practices.
  • Additional language skills relevant to the target market.
