Job Description
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Electrical Maintenance Section, ensuring the efficient and timely execution of all maintenance activities.
- Develop, implement, and maintain preventive and corrective maintenance programs for electrical equipment, optimizing asset utilization and minimizing downtime.
- Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians, providing technical guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures within the Electrical Maintenance Section, fostering a culture of safety and preventing accidents.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of electrical equipment to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Track and analyze maintenance performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement process enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of maintenance activities with overall production operations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Proven experience in electrical maintenance, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including troubleshooting and repair techniques.
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance practices and reliability-centered maintenance principles.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
