Job Description
Job Objective :
Provide advice as to how to best reach the target market to raise the kind of awareness that can reach the targeted numbers of audience in all the department’s programs.
Duties & responsibilities :
- Conduct market research , identify trends and establishes marketing goals based on past performance and market forecasts
- Develop marketing plans and execute the individual tasks of the marketing plan as assigned.
- Collaborate with the dep. internal team to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives.
- Develop, implement & track marketing campaigns for both traditional and digital media.
- Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different medium in coordination with subject matter expert office
- Coordinate with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns
- Prepare schedules and adjust when needed
- Experiment with new platforms and channels
- Ensure ads are creative and displayed appropriately
- Monitor costs and return on investment.
- Communicate with Production Control & content team to discuss & monitor new service launches, current service improvements , customer or end user presentations, and other tasks required.
- Evaluate marketing programs for effectiveness
- Follow up campaigns performance on an ongoing basis by analyzing key metrics and extracting comprehensive reports.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications or a related field
- Years of experience: 1-3 years of experience in marketing field
- Language: Very good English language
Experience:
- Very good Knowledge of digital marketing, content marketing and social media marketing.
- Experience with market research.
- Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite, especially with Excel and PowerPoint.
- Firm grasp on various marketing platforms, channels and best practices including all convenient digital marketing platforms
Skills :
- Aptitude to make decisions
- Must have strong organizational and project management skills as well as attention to details.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as outstanding copywriting and proofreading skills.
- Must have a high level of creativity.
- Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines .
- Must have strong analytical skills to analyze metrics and create reports
