Job Description
#Technical Support Engineer is required at Kanawat for trading and distribution (Samsung & Nokia Distributor – Kanawat Stores – Home Appliances) Mokattam
Responsibilities
- Manage all repair Process with Technician
- Manage Receiving the faulty devices from customer service and check the documents and decide the needed action (repair, reject, DAP)
- Provide updates as needed to the customer in order to meet performance objectives
- Contact with Suppliers to solve any technical issue & claims
- Mange Spare parts requests from warehouse
- Document all troubleshooting and actions will be taken to faulty devices
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree : Electronics and telecommunications Engineering
- Experience: 0:2 Years’ Experience
- V.Good English, Oral / written Abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
