Data Engineer

We are looking for an Analytics Engineer to join our growing tech organization. This role will play an important part in guiding us to a future where self-service reporting and analytics scale and change at the quickening pace of our business.

• This role is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of effective self serve reporting including: defining and delivering the tools and education to enable data-driven decision making across the company. As an Analytics Engineer, you will play a key role in making sure we have the right data available in the best format via our self-serve tools to enable this. At the moment, core reports are built in Google Data Studio, but we would love you to evolve and suggest new tooling as the business grows. 
• Your first 100 days will see you jumping headfirst into a reporting automation project. You will be responsible for prototyping, improving, and productionizing reports that Buy Box Experts currently generates manually for its clients. You will collaborate directly with product managers, engineers, and senior stakeholders to ensure that reporting is relevant, accurate, and actionable. The goal is that your work creates a scalable data foundation, as well as the initial end-user designs, for Buy Box Experts to create dashboards that are embedded in a proprietary software platform.
