Job Description
- Review equipment catalogues to set and implement preventive maintenance plan.
- Check, follow up, and order the required stock of spare parts.
- Perform the required maintenance.
- Record, analyze and report equipment breakdown.
- Set and implement a plan to reduce equipment breakdown and to increase the reliability.
- Coach, train, develop, and follow up maintenance supervisors and technicians.
- Set maintenance team targets, and assess maintenance team performance.
- Cooperate with Production Team and Quality Team to measure Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
- Report the status of maintenance plan implementation.
- Report breakdown, machines reliability, OEE, and other maintenance KPIs.
- Fulfill all the required forms and documentation according to ISO 9001 requirements.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc. in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering.
- 2 to 5 Years of experience in manufacturing field, preferably Plastic Field.
- Good command of English.
- Good command of MS Office.
- Leadership, teamwork, and communication competences.
