Job Description
- Understand, adhere and suggest an enhancement to the organization’s processes
- Designing and building the website front-end.
- Designing and managing the website back-end including database and server integration.
- Building modular and reusable Wordpress components
- Implementing WordPress themes and plugins.
- Implementing Custom Design
- Conducting website performance tests.
- Troubleshooting content issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve website problems
- Monitoring the performance of the live website.
- Managing website integration with other apps and platforms such as CRM, SMS portals, social media pages, payment gatewaysWe are looking to hire a part-time skilled WordPress developer to design and implement attractive and functional e-commerce websites for our clients using woocommerce.
- You will be responsible for both back-end and front-end development, including the implementation of WordPress themes and plugins, as well as site integration and security updates.
- Staying up-to-date with all recent developments in PHP and JavaScript
- Keeping an eye on security updates and issues found with Wordpress and all project dependencies
Job Requirements
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven work experience as a WordPress developer & using Woocommerce in specific.
- Knowledge of front-end technologies including CSS3, JavaScript, HTML5, and jQuery.
- Strong understanding of PHP/MySQL back-end development
- Strong understanding of front-end and back-end website development
- String understanding of ecommerce websites architecture and aesthetics.
- Strong knowledge of platforms such as Elementor
- Working with dual language websites (AR/EN)
- French is an advantage
