Job Description
- make his role as a sales calls,follow up with clients, make sights visits, units reservations
- Make cold calls to generate leads & inventory daily
- Attend orientations & make presentation on projects daily
- Help clients buy or sell properties.
- Responsible for generating leads and meeting sales goals.
- Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
- Visiting clients and going on site visits.
- Answering client questions and handling objections
- Supporting team members especially his partner
- Representing the company in his appearance and behavior
- Write all feed back on crm
- Follow his team leader plan to achieve sales goals & team goals
- generating leads & inventory on his own
Job Requirements
- a previous experience in real estate at least 1:5 years as a real-estate sales man
- Bachelor degree
- Good command of the English language
- Good computer skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Enthusiastic, proactive and fast learner
- Able to achieve sales targets
- Generating Leads on his own
- Good appearance & can represent company
- Telephone skills
- Preferred to own a car

- Basic salary from 4 k : 7 k depend on his experience in the filed and location he is aware of October ,new Cairo , new capital ..etc in case achieving at least 50% from his monthly target ( 5 million ) in case not he takes percentage of his salary a
