Job Description

  1. make his role as a sales calls,follow up with clients, make sights visits, units  reservations 
  2. Make cold calls to generate leads & inventory daily 
  3. Attend orientations & make presentation on projects daily 
  4. Help clients buy or sell properties.
  5. Responsible for generating leads and meeting sales goals.
  6. Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  7. Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
  8. Visiting clients and going on site visits.
  9. Answering client questions and handling objections
  10. Supporting team members especially his partner  
  11. Representing the company in his appearance and behavior  
  12. Write all feed back on crm
  13. Follow his team leader plan to achieve sales goals & team goals 
  14. generating leads & inventory on his own 

 

Job Requirements

  • a previous experience in real estate at least 1:5 years  as a real-estate sales man
  • Bachelor degree
  • Good command of the English language
  • Good computer  skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Enthusiastic, proactive and fast learner
  • Able to achieve sales targets
  • Generating Leads on his own
  • Good appearance & can represent company
  • Telephone skills
  • Preferred to own a car

Benefits :

  1. Basic salary from 4 k : 7 k depend on his experience in the filed and location he is  aware of October ,new Cairo , new capital ..etc  in case achieving at least 50% from his monthly target ( 5 million ) in case not he takes percentage of his salary  a
  2. Commissions from 4k : 7 k / million

  4. Admin & team leader to support   
  5. Daily high-quality cold calls leads 50:100
  6. Daily high-quality fresh 3:5 leads daily
  7. Sim card with payed limit monthly

  9. All developers incentives as sales man 
  10. Company  incentive on achieving targets 
  11. 2 day weekly off Friday and Saturday & 21 day off yearly after 6 months of being a perfect or at least disciplined employee 
  12. Medical & social insurance after 6 months of achieving target 
  13. Attending events on behave of our company
