Senior Marketing Manager - Middle East & Australia

What the job does:


We are looking for a driven, hands on & passionate superstar to join our Marketing team based in Dubai as Senior Marketing Manager for Middle East & Australia reporting into the Head of Marketing.


 You will lead your team to create and implement impactful off and online retail marketing strategy, pivoting around changing customer habits and aligned with the overarching business goals. In line with company objectives, you will lead the continued Middle East and Australia growth plans for the Charlotte Tilbury brand across all channels both “on the ground” and “in the air”, expanding brand category presence and driving performance. You will act as a brand guardian for the region and inspire the wider marketing, VM, PR, Commercial & Global team.

Role Accountabilities:


  • A highly experienced regional marketing expert, you will be the owner of the brand, marketing, media planning & customer experience metrics across your markets. Develop strategies and exceptional Marketing plans for your regions, give clear and strategic reasoning to Senior Global, Regional and SLT stakeholders on opportunities for the brand.
  • In collaboration with EMEA Marketing, PR, Commercial, Retailer + .com & Retail, lead your team to build exceptional 360 off and online marketing & media plans shaped around maximising the customer purchase funnel to hit and exceed our commercial objectives. Identifying key levers for a flawless customer journey & online takeover (including ATL media, media/influencer partnerships, digital firsts, digital retailer activation, off & online pop ups, online services & virtual eventing. Leverage the full marketing mix to deliver plans that drive our NPD whilst also accelerating & grow our core franchise
  • Bring thought-leadership and digital excellence to innovative and disruptive brand activity across the region to raise total brand awareness & create memorable brand moments; challenging the status quo by identifying best practices across the industry and opportunities to increase Charlotte Tilbury share of voice and ranking in existing retailers, with a strong lens on driving the best omnichannel customer experience.
  • Work with local partners (existing & new) to identify partnership opportunities to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
  • Shape and deliver new retailer launches and, where applicable, new market launches in close collaboration with PR, VM, Commercial, Retailer.com and Retail teams tailored to retailers/market needs on time, on target and within budget. For new Market/retailer launches ensure a robust sustain plan is in place to accelerate growth, maintaining ranking & brand awareness.
  • Lead bi-annual Retailer Strategy meetings with support of your team, inspiring partners with brand successes, high level brand strategy and upcoming campaigns.
  • Thought leadership: be a visionary, be creative, be disruptive – we’re looking for bold, big thinkers who will propel our business forward. We are looking for an exceptional Storyteller- verbally & visually!
  • Focus on continuously establishing and improving clear processes within the ME & Aus team to ensure 'world-class’ delivery is achieved across the region
  • Drive the planning, approval & follow-up of key projects to gain alignment from all key internal & external stakeholders,
  • Drive the maintenance of the marketing calendar, feeding back to Global Marketing on regional nuances and opportunities.
  • Co-own budget management: Demonstrate high attention to detail when budget planning and phasing in partnership with the HOM.
