Job Description
- Reviewing and updating supply chain practices in line with company policies, standards, laws and regulations
- Monitoring the procurement department and developing a work plan with the procurement specialist to reach the best quality with the most appropriate means of payment and to set the policy and procedures for procurement department
- Monitoring the fleet department and devolve the current work flow and to define alternative solutions to reduce the current cost routs / maintenance and to set clear policy and procedures
- Monitoring the warehouses (Raw material & finished good warehouse and utilities and spare parts) and create the SOB’s and workflow and set the policies and procedures for the department
- Monitoring the planning department for local and imported products and create the workflow
- Monitoring the import department and devolving the current cycle to ensure that all the shipments
- Executing all the tasks assigned to him in accordance with the requirements of occupational safety and health, and food safety and security
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, supply chain management, or related field.
- Experience from 10 to 13 years in supply chain manager and 5 years as supply chain manager
- Excellent knowledge of supply chain processes
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- A strategic and analytical mind
- Strong communication skills, both in written and verbal form
