Job Description

  •  Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions for outsourcing projects and internal
  • recruitment and exit interviews
  • Manage and implement payroll processes for internal and outsourcing projects accurately and timely
  • First resolve and respond to related HR issues and questions from client companies and internal employees
  • Major coordination and managing the overall HR processes of HRM outsourcing projects
  • Maintain liaison efforts with client companies to ensure all deadlines and expectation surrounding reporting and HR functions are met or exceed
  • Promotes the highest standards of ethical and professional conduct in dealing with employees, vendors, customers and the community
  • Receiving and effectively handling employee complaints, escalating these complaints to the level of disciplinary or legal action when necessary
  • Liaise with Government Offices such as Labor, SSB, Income Tax

Job Requirements

  • BSC In related field / HR Certificate.
  • experience 3-5 years as personnel manager,1 years at least in pharmaceutical companies
  • Proven working experienced in outsourcing fields in HRM (essential)
  • Must have good knowledge on HR policies, Government Law and Legislation
  • Excellent communication skills, presentation skills, leadership skills and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to plan, multi-tasks and time manage effectively
  • Highly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Power Point and related business communication online tools
  • Critical thinker, creative mindset, attention to detail and innovative problem-solving skills
  • Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new or special assignments
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Immediately employees are preferred and long term working with company
  • Proficient in English 4 Skills
