Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions for outsourcing projects and internal
recruitment and exit interviews
Manage and implement payroll processes for internal and outsourcing projects accurately and timely
First resolve and respond to related HR issues and questions from client companies and internal employees
Major coordination and managing the overall HR processes of HRM outsourcing projects
Maintain liaison efforts with client companies to ensure all deadlines and expectation surrounding reporting and HR functions are met or exceed
Promotes the highest standards of ethical and professional conduct in dealing with employees, vendors, customers and the community
Receiving and effectively handling employee complaints, escalating these complaints to the level of disciplinary or legal action when necessary
Liaise with Government Offices such as Labor, SSB, Income Tax

BSC In related field / HR Certificate.
experience 3-5 years as personnel manager,1 years at least in pharmaceutical companies
Proven working experienced in outsourcing fields in HRM (essential)
Must have good knowledge on HR policies, Government Law and Legislation
Excellent communication skills, presentation skills, leadership skills and interpersonal skills
Ability to plan, multi-tasks and time manage effectively
Highly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Power Point and related business communication online tools
Critical thinker, creative mindset, attention to detail and innovative problem-solving skills
Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new or special assignments
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Immediately employees are preferred and long term working with company
Proficient in English 4 Skills
