Job Description
- Achieve individual set targets.
- Responsible for individual, charter and group sales within the local and International leisure CIS markets.
- Achieve individual set targets for all hotels.
- Soliciting business for all the hotels, account management, finalizing contracts for group bookings, actively seeking new clients for hotel and maintaining relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business.
- Consistently make sales calls both local and International for new business and existing accounts.
- Increase and strengthen relationship with the International tour operators and local DMCs.
- Attend Revenue, credit & Sales meetings.
- Know the primary and secondary competition for this segment and leverage hotel's relative strengths against them.
- Participate in assigned business trips/roadshows.
- Meets operating budget and sales forecasts.
- Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills.
- Presentation skills.
- Promote an atmosphere of teamwork.
- A "can-do" attitude with a calm, organized approach in all situations.
