Job Description
- Planning & Scheduling:
Developing and managing the project’s baseline schedule by the following:
- Studying all the project documents like BOQ, drawings, and contract, to define the project scope, constraints, and objectives.
- Brainstorming with the project stakeholders, for information gathering, to reach a realistic schedule.
- Managing team members if the schedule will be created by group of planners and schedulers for aggressive time line.
- Using all available tools & techniques to develop the schedule (Primavera P6 & Microsoft Office).
- Preparation of Execution Plan Presentations.
- Preparation and Generating of All Periodic Reports and Tracking Sheets.
- Analyzing, evaluating, and forecasting the current project status against the baseline schedule.
- Preparation of Separate Procurement & Engineering Schedules.
- Monitor & Control:
- Generating all periodic types of reports (Progress Reports, Trend Analysis, Delay Analysis, Look-Ahead, … Etc.).
- Generating periodic client invoices.
- Performing progress presentations.
- Developing recovery schedules in case of project delay.
- Developing revised schedule in case of change orders.
- EOT analysis and justification reports.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in civil engineering.
- Minimum 5 Years Experience.
- Technical and practical knowledge of all disciplines
- Capability to accept responsibilities and accomplish project objectives in a timely manner.
- Excellent communication skills and strong English capability.
