Job Description
Englease is looking to hire a Business Development Executive who will be responsible for expanding our client base in Egypt with the ability to seek new business
Business Development Executive Responsibilities:
- Meet planned sales goals, build new businesses, and manage accounts.
- Ability to Source leads, expand pipeline, and contact potential clients via cold calls or emails.
- Build long-term trusting relationships with clients.
- Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our service.
- Keep the CRM up-to-date with sales activities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Business Development or Sales. Preferable in L&D or Education domains
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong Negotiation, Communication, and Analytical skills
- Proficiency using CRM software such as Zoho & Google Suite.
- Ability to communicate in English & Arabic is a must.
