Job Description
1. Comply with HSE regulations.
2. Comply with ISO standards.
3. Perform month-end close activities related to Cost Accounting.
4. Prepare actual vs. plan (budget) analysis. Prepare various financial analysis related to manufacturing costs, inventory, and expense information for various customers as needed for decision-making support.
5. Set up new raw material, packaging, WIP, and FG items; create and maintain production BOMs; maintain periodic cost rolls/updates.
6. Analyzes actual production costs and prepares periodic reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs.
7. Records cost information for use in controlling expenditures.
8. Prepare estimates of new and proposed product or service costs (if any).
9. Recommends cost efficiencies in current/new product layouts.
10. Provides management with reports specifying and comparing factors affecting prices and profitability of products or services.
11. Develop and maintain standard costs of finished goods and production components on SAP system.
12. Maintain and improve processes and controls associated with manufacturing costs and inventory valuation.
13. Lead and manage the monthly excess and obsolete inventory review process.
14. And any other tasks to be assigned.
Job Requirements
Alexandria residency
· Minimum Bachelor Degree in Accounting, CPA is a plus.
· Minimum 3 years of related experience in accounting operations.
· Advanced knowledge of Excel
· SAP knowledge.
Must have a strong Cost systems background and excellent analytical skills; sound understanding of accounting principles.
