Job Description

Purchase Orders

  • Identifying purchasing needs and arranging them.
  • Processing the purchase orders and updating the files needed and all other relevant information.
  • Ordering new items as needed to keep the inventory fully stocked and supplied.

Suppliers

  • Keeping an eye out for new suppliers that provide the same products for a lower cost without sacrificing any of our aspects.
  • Negotiating contracts and pricing and establishing payment terms with the new and existing suppliers.
  • Monitoring the existing suppliers’ capacity.
  • Evaluating suppliers’ performance and compliance.

Customer Service

  • Collaborating seamlessly with the manufacturing and logistics departments to gather all the data related to orders and requests.
  • Handling and monitoring the after-sales requests and escalated issues, if any.
  • Ensuring timely and effective communications with all parties regarding customers' shipment and requests.
  • Improving customer service performance through the evaluation and re-design of the supply chain process.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Industrial engineering, Production engineering or a related field of study
  • Microsoft Office is a must (Advanced Excel abilities is preferred)
  • AutoCAD is a must 
  • Familiarity with ERP or any similar software is preferred
  • Analytical and mathematical capabilities with strong demonstrated problem-solving abilities
  • Strong communication, negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Organization
