Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal
candidate will play a key role in managing client interactions and ensuring smooth coordination
for both export and import shipments. This role involves handling customer inquiries, managing
documentation, and ensuring timely delivery of services.
Responsibilities:
● Coordinate with internal teams to receive and review shipment details, payment
locations, and required documentation.
● Address customer inquiries about invoices, payments, schedules, and shipment details.
● Ensure timely communication with clients about vessel schedules, arrival notices, and
any updates.
● Issue Delivery Orders (DOs) after verifying payments and required documents.
● Track and record customer payments, resolving billing issues in collaboration with the
accounting team.
● Maintain accurate records of client communications and shipment details throughout the
process.
● Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards in managing
documentation and client interactions.
● Gather and act on client feedback to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
● Prior experience in customer service or logistics is preferred.
● Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
● Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
● Familiarity with shipping documentation and procedures is a plus.
