Job Description

We are seeking a “Customer Support Agent” to monitor the conversation between customers and our Voicebot to make sure that our Voicebot is responding accurately to customers’ needs and intervene quickly whenever needed to support or correct the chatbot responses. 

  • Working hours will be in the US time zone.
  • Project-based, which means the contract will be for 4 months only

 

Job Duties: 

  • Monitor the conversation, whether by voice or chat, and provide relevant information, screens, or prompts by intervening at the appropriate times.
  • Identify problem issues and determine the appropriate course of action within department guidelines required to resolve issues.

Job Requirements

  • University degree in any relevant field
  • You need to have great attention to the details 
  • Fluent in English Listening, speaking, and writing IS A MUST
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Familiarity with telephone techniques and skills 
  • Demonstrated ability of verbal communication skills
  • Ability to convey information clearly and effectively
  • Ability to adapt to change and meet changing demands of the work environment
