Job Description
- Create architectural designs based on client input and feedback
- Make the required architectural amendments and changes as per the instructions.
- Modeling, & providing enhanced visualized shots for presentation & marketing purposes.
- Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations.
- Plan and conduct minor modifications to complete working drawing sets.
- Assists in the preparation for plans for existing buildings where plans are not available.
- Develop and present conceptual and schematic designs for projects.
- Assists in compiling data for architectural plans, specifications, cost estimates, reports, etc.
- Preparing Studies and presentations for projects as needed.
Job Requirements
Educational Required:
- Bachelor in Architectural Engineering
Experience:
- From 3 to 7 years of Experience in Architecture Design /Consultant field.
Computer Skills:
- Strong Knowledge of (Sketchup, Rhino,3D Max)
- Good Knowledge of (Photoshop, Revit )
