Trade Finance Supervisor & Cash Management Supervisor duties and responsibilities as follows:

1. Follow up Bank accounts on daily basis ensuring that:
2. Incoming transfers & Cheques collection on due date
3. Review Bank commission, interest calculation and fees according to the agreement with each Bank.
4. Follow up Cheques paid & outgoing transfers.
5. Update the Cash flow report on spot.
6. Update Bank balances position

1. Prepare Trade Finance documentation as follows:
2. Review contracts, Pro-forma invoice related to importation.
3. Import LCs, IDCs Application and the related Bank documents required.
4. Daily update the Trade Finance Reports.
5. ILCs amendments
6. Follow up with Banks execution of requested transaction in proper time.

1. Prepare Reports
2. Weekly reports related to Cash flow & Trade Finance
3. Monthly report of interest received from Banks.
4. Any requested reports.
