Job Description
We are looking for experienced secretary who can handle the daily job for the establishment
- Manage the meetings for the manager
- Do some searches on the web as per instructions
- Do basic accounting and operations
- Do the calls and the meeting of the internet through the possible ways (Zoom, Whatsapp, Due, google meeting, etc)
- Smart and interactive to develop the daily tasks and operations
- Search for another suitable candidates as per need of the establishment
The work will be completely from home at the moment
Job Requirements
- Minimum of experience is 2 years as secretary/admin manager
- Females only
- Having good internet connection and computer to handle the daily job and do meeting over the internet
- Daily working hours from 8 Am till 4 PM (1 hour break in the middle)
- Friday and Saturday is off
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Good in English and Arabic (reading and writing)
- Very good in dealing with emails and professional corresponding to it
- Problem-solving skills
