Job Description
- Control production packaging line operation in accordance to the relevant SOPs and safety instructions..
- Ensure that all production lines operators follow the instructions of their personal protective equipment during work.
- Ensuring that all required documents such as batches records, machine logs, cleaning records, identification labels…... etc are handled in a proper way as stated in the relevant SOP.
- Participate in issuing SOPs & keep them as per business requirements.
- Ensuring the commitment of all employees in production area to the GMP standards.
- Deliver the required on job training for production line operators to keep them qualified for doing their jobs.
- Apply and conduct employee performance reviews.
- Organize work schedule to include work station assignments, employees’ vacation, employee breaks, overtime assignment, back-ups for absent employees, and shift rotation.
- Reporting for handling of any violation for GMP in a formal way as stated in the relevant SOP.
- Control handling of waste inside production area till delivered to waste collection area according to relevant SOP.
- Supervision for technicians to ensure following the work instructions on machines & don’t apply any amendment on machines without change control especially when affect on safety & machine operation system
- Reports the need for unplanned maintenance of machinery during operation by using the reporting form for failure & reporting any delay in maintenance to the related departments to take actions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree of Pharmacy is a must .
- Not less than 10 years of experience in Production Packaging is a must .
- Pharmaceutical industry Experience is a must .
- 6th October residents and nearby are preferably.
