Job Description
- We need a competent production engineer to take conceptual designs and ideas and turn them into workshop drawings with plan, elevation and sections which will include parts and parts list Then program these drawings for the CNC machine.
- Responsible for the production plan execution and follow-up-
- Responsible for distribution work and monitor all workforce in his shift, and make sure full compliance and control is applied
- Monitor and analyze technical aspects of product ratios and factors, calculating production cycles and volumes, scrap rates, etc.… at production lines
- Monitor product's quality measures that effectively guarantee desired results.
Documents all engineering protocols and develop all engineering and manufacturing specifications and ensure compliance with all quality measures. - Monitor the production according to the plan, diagnose problems or machine delays or any production circumstances in the production line, provide recommendations, and report them to the direct manager.
- Report the production progress regarding each order to the direct manager.
- Analyzing all facets of production and making recommendations for improvement
Job Requirements
- 4 to 7 years experience
- Degree in engineering (Production engineering is preferable).
- New cairo,Helwan.Maadi and Nasr city residents are preferred
