Job Description

  • Assists of contact among Ceo’s, employees, clients and other external partners
  • Record minutes during meetings “ minutes of meetings “
  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
  • Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks
    seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
  • Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff and board members.
  • Expert-level is written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve high-performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Coordinate and assist with monthly schedules
  • Travel arrangements management
  • Demonstrate excellent email etiquette, concise and accurate communications
  • Schedule personal appointments
  • Email a daily activity report to Principals
  • Assist with archival projects

Job Requirements
