Senior Site Engineer

* Oversee the planning, execution and completion of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered    within budget, on schedule and in compliance with the regulations.
* Provide on-site leadership, coordinating and supervising construction activities, subcontractors and laborers, while ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
* Apply your in-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials and techniques to provide guidance, solve technical challenges and ensure compliance with design specifications and industry best practices.
* Monitor and assess construction quality, conducting regular inspections and implementing corrective measures to maintain high standards and minimize defects or deficiencies.
* Manage and optimize the allocation of resources, including labor, equipment and materials, to ensure efficient project execution and cost control.
* Provide regular updates on project progress, including work schedules, milestones achieved and any challenges or delays encountered, to project stakeholders and management.
* Assess and manage changes to project scope, timeline or specifications, ensuring proper documentation, impact analysis and communication with relevant parties.
